Remove Annotations

Remove comments, highlights, text boxes, drawings, and stamps from every page. Save a separate copy to keep the reviewed original.

Clear review markup

1. Choose Remove Annotations and open your PDF.
2. Read the summary of what will be removed and kept.
3. Click Save Without Annotations… and save a new PDF.
4. Open the result to confirm the markup you wanted removed is gone.

What remains

Links and form fields are kept. The tool works on PDF annotations; marks already flattened into page content cannot be removed. It applies to every page and has no individual-annotation selector.

This is not a redaction tool or a complete document sanitizer. Review the output for remaining visible or embedded information before sharing. Edit PDF Metadata can separately change the title, author, subject, and keywords.
